Xcellance Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Brand Name: "Shalya") started its business in April 2002 as a manufacturer and developer of medical equipment.

At present, XcelLance has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry and has developed into an international and innovative company supplying to over 72 countries worldwide. XcelLance's vision is to be a leader in innovation by enhancing surgical accuracy and safety. Our Team

The leadership of Xcellance Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd. consists of Mr. Pradeep Narkhede (Managing Director), Mrs. Snehal Narkhede (Director), and Mr. Ganesh Firke (General Manager), who are driving the firms vision and its operations.

The senior leadership team consists of Mr. Hiren Jayswal (DGM - ROI), Mr. Rajiv Ranjan (DGM - North), and Mr. Avinash Mulye (AGM - International), who put effort into bringing growth in their geographic areas and diversifying the market.

Mr. Ankur Patil (CTO) is the head of the Research and Development team, while Mr. Roshan Malkar, Mr. Chandan Nemade, and Mr. Ketan Bait are part of the team, assuring that the organization continues to innovate and remain technically excellent.

The support team consists of Mrs. Priyanka Khamgaonkar, Mr. Santosh Junghare, Mrs. Deepa Shetty, and Ms. Radhika Shahi, and provides efficient support for purchasing, accounts, administration, and human resources functions.
